So I have had trouble with constipation for years! I have tried everything from laxatives to prune juice and even colonics! But I have never had a tea that works like this. I found out about this tea on YouTube and decided to give it a shot. I tried it for the first time I let the tea step for a few minutes then took out the bag and a few hours later the tea worked. Let me tell you how not to use this product do NOT leave the tea bag in the hot water for hours and then drink it! I forgot to take my tea bag out after letting it step and I drank the whole cup! A few hours later I thought I was dying! The cramps felt exactly like labor contractions! EXACT FEELING! Follow the directions on the box unless you want maximum results then leave the tea bag in there! After I did my buisness it felt like there was nothing in my stomach I felt completely emptied. I only drink this tea once a week! As an avid laxative user that has tried every product out there I love this tea it is 100% natural and cheap! I wish I would have found this product years ago!This product definitely cleans you out. I had to learn how to use this tea. Meaning I drink it at night so by the time I need to go to the bathroom my stomach wakes me up needing to go. Clears you out de-bloats too. I do think it helps when I’ve cheated with my diet and then I drink this helps with weight management. Make sure you schedule time between drinking this to go to the bathroom.This is a great product I've been using it for years but recently it is causing bad cramping.
